Nancy Diner is a 14-year recruiting IT veteran, focusing on the top-tier global consulting and outsourcing clients. Nancy founded two successful Direct Hire recruiting firms, Reliable Services & Associates and Data Resources & Associates. Her permanent placement firms specialize in IT sales, technical and business consulting candidates for the Big 5 Consulting companies and leading off / onshore Outsourcing firms. They provide analyst to partner level candidates in over 11 business sectors: Government, Financial Services/Insurance, CPG, Retail, Supply Chain, Telecom, Healthcare, Life Science, A&D, Corporate Strategy and Manufacturing, with a primary focus in Business Solutions, ERP technology and APO, BPO and ITO outsourcing.

Nancy Diner, CEO of Global Staffing Group, Inc., feels in "today’s knowledge-driven, global economy, the role of the human resources executive has changed dramatically. Building on their traditional focus on administering compensation and benefits programs, HR executives are becoming more business savvy, using broader skills to manage HR as a strategic function—with measurable deliverables and returns on investment. Like most corporate functions, HR is facing heightened scrutiny on performance and cost. But more than that, companies need HR to take on a larger, more vital role. Companies are just beginning to deal with the talent shortage caused by the retirement of aging baby boomers. Those CEOs are seeking fully engaged HR business leaders.   1. Clear Understanding of our client's organization — its history, culture, operations and needs — and the scope of the assignment. We define each assignment clearly in writing, including the timeframe and anticipated fees and expenses.
  2. Research and Sourcing begin when both Global Staffing Group, Inc. and our client agree upon the specific definition of the position and the  attributes of the desired candidate. We review our data sources, including our proprietary database. We analyze target industries. We also initiate confidential discussions with sources of candidates at this stage.
  3. Interview and Evaluation takes place after our research and sourcing efforts identify the best candidates. We interview them, determine  their level of interest, and evaluate their qualifications and personal suitability.
  4. Candidate Reports and Recommendations are submitted only for the candidates deemed most appropriate for the position. Global Staffing Group, Inc. will submit reports detailing the candidates' business histories, as well as our candid appraisal of their fit within the parameters of the position.
  5. Client Interviews and Assessment. We arrange meetings between client and candidates and help clients evaluate the outcome. This includes answering questions that may arise and arranging subsequent meetings if necessary.
When the client makes a clear choice and extends an offer to the candidate, Global Staffing Group, Inc. navigates the final steps in the search process.
We conduct in-depth reference checks, help negotiate the final offer to ensure speedy completion, and advise the candidate on separating fairly and firmly from their current employer.
